Article 1 - Purpose
The following define the Terms and Conditions for contributing to
the "Awesome Parent" campaign as well as the rights and obligations of the engaged parties.
The objective of the campaign is to improve the collection of school fees and promote parental
involvement in their children’s educational journey.
Article 2 - Enrollment in the Campaign
Contribution and commitment to the "Awesome Parent" campaign are open to school promoters and
organizations wishing to participate in raising parents’ awareness about the importance of paying
school fees.
Article 3 - Contribution and Payment Terms
- Registration is done through the campaign’s official webpage or via a partner organization.
- Payment may be made in full at the time of subscription or in multiple installments within a one month limit.
- An official invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation. It is recommended to print it for record-keeping.
Article 4 - Services Provided
After payment confirmation, subscribing schools will be contacted and will benefit from the following services:
- Tools and communication materials to be shared with parents
- Training of school staff in the use of tools and materials
- Staff support and follow-up
- Weekly reports of the progress in figures
- Customization of communication materials with the school's visual identity (logo, uniform, etc.)
Article 5 - Subscriber's Commitments
The institution commits to:
- Utilizing the provided tools and materials to raise parents’ awareness.
- Following the campaign's recommendations to optimize results.
- Participating in the training workshops and support sessions offered.
Article 6 - Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Contributions may be refunded under the following conditions:
- You have fully commited to the conditions stated in Article 5 for four consecutive months.
- You have more than 80% of parents population of children of your school using the Eska App.
- You have collected less than 50% of what was left to pay by the time parents started using the Eska App.
- In case of force majeure, a postponement of the campaign may be considered.
Article 7 - Responsibilities
- The campaign organizers commit to delivering the agreed-upon services and ensuring rigorous follow-up.
- The institution is responsible for implementing awareness actions within its premises, its parent community, and its administration.
Article 8 - Data Protection
Information collected during subscription is processed in compliance with confidentiality
regulations and will not be shared with third parties.
Article 9 - Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these GTC will be subject to applicable law
and, if an amicable resolution is not reached, brought before the competent courts.
By subscribing to the "Awesome Parent" campaign, the subscriber unreservedly accepts these General
Terms and Conditions of Sale.
